The high-end, modern villa is located in the southwest of Cape Coral, the "Venice of Florida". Although the villa is of a more modern style, it's nevertheless very cozy. Enjoy your vacation home!
The spacious patio offers enough space for relaxing, reading and dreaming. From here you can observe hunting water fowls, jumping fishes and turtles. You can enjoy your drink while watching the beautiful sunset.

The Villa Miami is located in a quiet, well-cared for residential area right at one of the wide canals, ready to explore the islands of Sanibel and Captiva with the boat.
Tall sliders open the way from the living room onto the patio and give you an "open living" feeling. The southern exposure of the villa and the pool (electrically heated, with waterfall and pool lighting per switch) provides sunshine all day long. Passionate boaters can also have fun and find enjoyment. Start your boat trip directly from the spacious dock / lift to the Gulf of Mexico. Fishermen will be satisfied, too.
